Before founding T Stream Repair, Eric spent decades in a variety of roles for leading Temperature Forcing System manufacturers such as Temptronic and Thermonics, where he worked as a Production Manager, Service Manager, and Regional Service Manager.

Today, he specializes in the service and maintenance of Thermal Streams from all brands including Temptronic (inTEST Thermal Solutions), Thermonics (PTFS), and MPI (Thermal Air).
